Give you new custom action a name, then press "OK" to save it. To add more actions to your custom action, repeat: Filter > select action > drag to field on the right. If you do want to create a new custom action (which you do, if you want more than one action to happen using a single shortcut), press "New" next to "Custom actions", search for the action using the filter field.and drag the actions you want into the field on the right. In the "Keyboard/MIDI/OSC input" dialog, press the keys you want for the shortcut. Use the filter field to search for the action you want (in this case it's "Xenakios/SWS: Create markers from selected items.")
